COORDINATION
A critical junction is where frame, structure, insulation, waterproofing, finishes and water management meet. It should be coordinated before fabrication.
CRITICAL ZONES
Millimetres on drawings become centimetres on site.
Conflicts most often appear at low thresholds, terraces, concealed frames, heavy sliders and interfaces with ventilated or rendered facades. We coordinate these zones with structure and finishes.

Where the assembly truly transfers load and how the base avoids deformation.

How wall insulation, base and frame connect without a major thermal bridge.

How external water leaves the threshold or facade without entering the installation joint.
