We read the architectural package from the fabrication and installation side: what is fixed, where inputs are missing and which decisions should be resolved before pricing.
WHAT WE REVIEW
Drawings must translate into a buildable assembly.
The focus is the relationship between opening sizes, system limits, glass weight, finished floor levels, insulation and the practical installation sequence.
Geometry
Sizes, divisions, opening types, facade interfaces, corners and large moving panels.
Levels
Thresholds, finished floor, terraces, waterproofing, insulation and bearing zones.
Risks
Places where system, glass, drainage or installation may conflict with the architecture.
OUTPUT
A short list of decisions the project still needs.
Project questions
We identify uncertain points without unnecessary theory.
System direction
Platforms are proposed only after geometry and performance are reviewed.
Critical junctions
Thresholds, concealed frames, facade interfaces and heavy glazing are prioritised.
