Does a zero threshold remove the need for waterproofing?

No. The lower the threshold, the more precisely falls, drainage, membranes and overflow strategy must be coordinated.

Is a larger sash always better?

No. Mass, operating force, wind action, deflection risk and delivery requirements all increase.

When is motorisation considered?

For heavy sashes, automated scenarios or where manual operating force would not meet user expectations.
