WATERPROOFING & DRAINAGE
Water needs a designed path out. Sealant may close a joint, but it cannot correct missing falls, blocked drainage or conflicting membranes.

CONTROL
Junction control points.
Primary drainage
Surfaces and channels take the main flow to a receiving zone.
Secondary drainage
Water entering system chambers leaves through designed outlets.
Membrane
Waterproofing meets the frame continuously and rises to the required level.
Service access
Grilles, channels and outlets remain accessible for cleaning.

FAQ
Questions from site.
Is an external channel enough?
Not unless it is coordinated with falls, membrane and the system drainage.
Can finishes cover drainage holes?
No. Designed outlets must remain open and serviceable.
Who owns the terrace-to-window interface?
It crosses several trades. Scope and sequence should be agreed before installation.
